Comfortable room, stunning views, the cozy balcony allowed us to soak in the breathtaking scenery of the Matterhorn, and the hearty breakfast exceeded our expectations, featuring a delightful selection of Swiss breakfast meats.

I loved how this hotel is just a few steps away from Old Zermatt and a short stroll to the Matterhorn Museum, allowing for seamless exploration of the charming streets, shops, and local restaurants during my stay. additionally, the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from my room made every morning an absolute treat while sipping my coffee.

we had a lovely stay at la couronne hotel & spa. the deluxe double room with a matterhorn view was fantastic. having breakfast with that view was unforgettable. the hotel is super convenient, just a short bus ride to the matterhorn express gondola. we really enjoyed the spa area that offered a relaxing oasis with stunning views.

i wish there was just a single comforter instead of two separate ones.

Heavenly stay with Matterhorn views

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The seamless pickup from the train station was fantastic, and the wellness facilities were the best I've encountered. Unwinding in the heated outdoor pool with stunning Matterhorn views after skiing was a highlight. Moreover, the breakfast spread, featuring a delightful coffee and cake buffet, exceeded all expectations.

However, it was a bit too warm during my stay, and the absence of air conditioning meant I had to cleverly manage the drapes to keep the room comfortable. This is something to consider during warmer months, but it certainly didn't overshadow my overall experience.

My stay at La Couronne Hotel & Spa was delightful! I particularly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff, who were quick to assist with luggage and provided great recommendations. The breakfast was satisfying, especially with an impressive variety of options to start my day.

Breakfast featured delicious local organic products, but there could be more variety in cold options. The sauna is unisex and textile-free, which was a bit unexpected. Additionally, the heating in the room was great, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Staying with my elderly parents in Zermatt was a delightful experience. The direct view of the Matterhorn from our deluxe room was mesmerizing, and the ski storage area made it convenient to access the slopes quickly. Our family enjoyed the fantastic breakfast selection every morning, which set us up for our adventures.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.
